NEXT EVENT
Thursday 6th April
SNS Ventures Forth - Early Peoples of Scotland
including the context of the Viking Hoard.
The venue is the National Museum of Scotland, on
Chalmers Street, Edinburgh.
We would recommend using public transport via
bus or train, as parking in central Edinburgh
is very difficult and not recommended.
If arriving via train, it is a 15-minute walk,
- across North Bridge,
- straight on and across the Royal Mile, and then
- in a few hundred yards you will find Chalmers Street,
- the Museum is down on the left.
When entering the Museum, the 'Museum Kitchen'
is on the right.
The event will start when we meet in the Museum Kitchen
for lunch between 12:00 noon and 12:30.
Dr Martin Goldberg will be meeting us at 2 PM to start the
tour. If numbers are enough, we will split into two groups with the other group being led by Dr Adrián Maldonado.
If you have interest in this please registered via the usual email
